Front Desk Agent

Looking for someone who is also interested in participating in one or two Mix Fitness Classes every week as a client. A class membership is included with the position at no charge as a benefit In addition to the hourly pay. (Offering 60 classes a week, we offer something for everyone.)

Some Examples of Front Desk shifts currently needed:

• Wednesday Evenings 5pm - 7:45 pm
• Thursday Evenings 4:30pm- 7:15 pm
• Sunday Mornings 7:30am - 12:30 pm
• Mondays Evenings 5pm-7:15 pm

Front Desk shifts might take place at eaiter of our two locations both located in Ypsilanti.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests or direct them to the appropriate department
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Assist with reservations and inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of project coordination and event planning is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software is desirable
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
