Position Summary
The Administrator is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of The Osborn Pavilion, overseeing daily clinical and administrative functions. In this senior leadership role, the Administrator partners closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and other organizational leaders to ensure regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Leadership
- Oversee clinical department heads, including hiring, training, goal setting, and performance evaluations
- Maintain open communication with COO through timely reporting on operations and trends
- Support technology adoption and training for clinical teams
Budget & Financial
- Lead operational budget development with Department Heads, COO, and CFO
- Monitor budget compliance, efficiency, and productivity initiatives
Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable Federal and New York State codes and regulations
Resident Care & Satisfaction
- Maintain high levels of resident and family satisfaction through proactive engagement and regular surveys
Strategic Contribution
- Participate in short- and long-term organizational planning
- Develop departmental goals and implementation plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- NYS Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) required
- 5–10 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or related setting
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality senior care services

Physical Requirements
