The Pharmacy Hub is hiring an Inventory Associate to join our dynamic team in Miami Gardens. If you're proactive, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our pharmacy operations run smoothly and our clients stay fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inventory management tasks across all client accounts and internal pharmacy needs
• Perform regular cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations to maintain stock accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and analyze data to forecast demand, prevent shortages, and reduce excess
• Manage receiving processes: check, scan, and report shipments and invoices accurately
• Ensure timely procurement of supplies based on inventory levels and operational needs
• Maintain up-to-date product pricing and inventory records
• Collaborate with warehouse and pharmacy staff to streamline operations and meet daily targets
• Train and motivate team members to uphold inventory control best practices
• Participate in additional projects and support cross-functional teams as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory Associate or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
• Experience with receiving, shipping, cycle counts, and inventory control procedures
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Procurement experience is a strong advantage
  
  

Work Environment:

• 100% on-site role based in Miami Gardens - Pharmacy Division
• Fast-paced, collaborative pharmacy and warehouse setting
• Physical demands include frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, standing, and operating mobile devices
• Exposure to loud noises; must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled area
  
  

Pay Range

$18—$19 USD
