This is a full-time, onsite role for a passionate and experienced full-stack developer who enjoys working directly with end users, solving real-world operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement through custom ERP systems. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 years of full-stack development experience using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL
- Prior experience building and maintaining a custom ERP system
- Expertise in troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing legacy systems
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must be available to work onsite 5 days a week
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
- Experience with AngularJS (Angular/React/Vue a plus)
- Familiarity with tools like Visual Studio, Git, SQL Server, and SSRS
- Strong understanding of software architecture and data management
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead small IT initiatives
- Customer-service mindset with strong collaboration and training capabilities
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on clean code and clear documentation
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Act as the lead engineer for all aspects of the organization’s custom ERP platform
- Design, develop, and enhance web-based manufacturing, inventory, sales, and logistics tools
- Write clean, reusable code in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL
- Maintain and improve legacy ERP applications
- Troubleshoot technical issues across the ERP and related systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, sales, accounting)
- Train users on new features and document best practices
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and data integrity
- Coordinate internal and external IT efforts and manage small projects as needed
- Contribute to the long-term product roadmap based on user feedback and operational needs
