RPA Developer (UiPath) – W2 Only | No H1B Sponsorship/Transfers
6 months Contract to hire role
Location - Waukesha, WI - onsite role - looking for local candidates
W2 only - client will not sponsor or transfer H1B
We’re looking for a mid-level RPA Developer to join our growing automation team. This role supports 30 existing automations and contributes to new builds each quarter as business demand grows.
Must-Have Experience:
- 2 years of RPA bot development (preferably in UiPath; open to BluePrism, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere). Total development/IT experience of 5 years
- Strong documentation skills (PDDs, SDDs, test plans)
- Proven experience building unattended automations
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA bots
- Supporting production bots and handling triage
- Creating detailed documentation and working closely with business process owners
- Contributing to a collaborative, agile automation team
- Bonus: Experience in process optimization, Agile, or mentoring junior developers
