What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our Subaru clients, guiding them through a seamless and transparent service experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly greeting and guiding clients through the entire service process in our service drive.
• Actively listening to customers to accurately identify and explain their vehicle concerns.
• Proactively explaining necessary maintenance based on mileage, time passed, and vehicle history.
• Coordinating with our Valet team for efficient pickup and delivery of customer vehicles.
• Ensuring meticulous documentation of the client's complaint, the cause of the issue, and the corrective actions taken.
• Following up with customers after service to address any additional questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Consistently representing The Premier Collection's brand with excellence and professionalism.
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Utilizing computer systems effectively, with strong writing and grammar skills for clear communication.
• Delivering an exemplary level of customer service with every interaction.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (minimum experience required).
• A genuinely caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to maintain a hardworking, high-energy, and positive "can-do" personality throughout the workday.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
• Effective listening skills and a keen attention to detail in follow-through and closing.
• A valid driver's license.
