Luxury Furniture Consignment Store (Part or Full Time)

Position Summary:

The Purple Chandelier is seeking a highly dependable, detail-oriented, and physically capable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is critical in supporting showroom operations by ensuring the safe handling, staging, and movement of luxury consignment pieces. As a Warehouse Associate, you will manage incoming and outgoing inventory, assist with showroom setup, and help maintain a clean and efficient work environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience by caring for each item with precision and professionalism—whether in the warehouse, on the floor, or during deliveries.

Key Objectives:

• Ensure every item’s journey—from arrival to placement to delivery—is executed with precision, care, and pride. Warehouse Associates safeguard the integrity of our luxury inventory and help ensure customers and consignors alike have a seamless, high-quality experience.

• Support the heart of our brand by preparing and presenting inventory that reflects the craftsmanship and beauty we promise. From carefully unloading trucks to placing show-stopping vignettes on the floor, this team is vital to how the store looks, feels, and functions each day.

• Create an organized, safe, and professional back-end operation that empowers our front-end teams to sell confidently and efficiently. A well-run warehouse minimizes errors, prevents damage, and ensures that sales, intake, and staging teams can move quickly and accurately.

• Help maintain the reputation of The Purple Chandelier as a top-tier consignment destination. The way our items are handled, staged, and delivered reflects our commitment to excellence, sustainability, and luxury at every level of the business.

• Contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented workplace culture. Warehouse Associates are team players who support not only their own department but often assist Sales, Design, Intake, and even Marketing with essential tasks that keep the business running smoothly.

Required Competencies:

Ability to lift and maneuver furniture up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks daily High attention to detail, organization, and safety standards Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of teamwork and task ownership Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments, including during Las Vegas heat and wind Basic understanding of inventory processes; familiarity with receiving, tagging, and placement Customer service awareness in a showroom environment Communication skills and ability to work closely with multiple departments Bilingual and/or prior experience in a warehouse, furniture, or delivery setting is a plus

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, logistics, or furniture handling preferred Clean driving record; ability to operate a box truck is a plus Basic computer skills; knowledge of inventory systems is helpful Flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays, required

Compensation:

Base Salary for FTE: $35,000

Incentive: Up to an additional 10% of base pay based on warehouse productivity, safety, accuracy, and task completion.
