TurfHub is seeking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Summary: Customer Service Representatives are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by processing orders and working collaboratively with TurfHub employees to successfully meet customer needs. They will answer customers’ artificial grass questions by phone, email, or in person.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with product knowledge, specifications, pricing, etc. as needed.
- Provide estimates, sales orders, and accept payment from customers.
- Assist sales representatives with any needs necessary.
- Select product from inventory and ensure accuracy.
- Collect documentation and approve resale tax adjustments and/or contractor pricing discounts.
- Responsible for maintaining high level of professionalism with customers while working to establish a positive rapport.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail, etc. in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within acceptable time period; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Maintain a safe and clean office environment.
- Regular on-site attendance during business hours according to the work schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previous customer service experience (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
- Interpersonal skills, conducive to team building.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Compensation:

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Ability to lift 15 pounds.
