Description:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a skilled person who performs routine building maintenance daily. Building maintenance performance includes, but is not limited to, Carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing, Grounds Maintenance, Snow removal, and Custodial tasks. Although skilled experience is a plus, we will train the right candidate willing to learn. To be successful in this career opportunity, you will need to be reliable, passionate, hardworking, able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent problem-solving skills, be mild-tempered, and be a team player.
Compensation:
- Full-time position with a competitive hourly wage, PTO, and Holiday pay.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Trade School Diploma or Trade Certifications are a plus.
- 3 years in the Construction/ Maintenance industry as a Skilled Tradesman is a plus.
- Working knowledge of hand/ power tools is a plus.
- Own small tools and battery-operated tools.
- Good physical condition with the ability to perform strenuous tasks.
- Clean driving record and dependable personal transportation.
- Background check.
