- **Lifesaver:** Administer first aid, rescue breathing, and CPR when required, providing critical assistance during emergencies.
- **Cleanliness Maintenance:** Ensure swimming pool areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and other designated areas are kept clean and welcoming for all.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records and reports as necessary to keep our operations running smoothly.
- **Team Collaboration:** Assist with swim lessons and work together with our aquatic programs to enhance the overall experience for our community.
- **Continuous Learning:** Attend all in-service training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications:**
- **Age Requirement:** You must be at least 16 years old to apply.
- **Language Skills:** Proficiency in English is essential, and the ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
- **Flexible Availability:** Be prepared to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and split shifts to accommodate scheduling needs.
- **Training:** If you don't have Lifeguard training, we offer training to help you become certified.
- **Certifications:** Obtain American Red Cross certifications for Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid for the Professional Rescuer before beginning your employment.
- **Teaching Potential:** If you have an interest in teaching, the American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification is required or can be obtained within six months.
- **Additional Skills:** Possessing American Red Cross Oxygen Administration certification is highly desirable.
