Shipping Coordinator / Shipping Lead (Full-Time)

Shipping Butler is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company providing eCommerce and wholesale fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping services for established and high-growth consumer brands, including women’s apparel and handbag companies.

We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator / Shipping Lead with strong operational experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage order flow, priorities, and people in a fast-paced warehouse environment servicing women's

What This Role Owns

• Daily coordination of outbound order flow and shipping priorities
• Managing order queues and ensuring deadlines are consistently met
• Troubleshooting shipping issues and resolving exceptions efficiently
• Supporting returns processing and value-added services
• Communicating clearly with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Stepping in operationally when coverage gaps arise
• Leading by example — delegating when appropriate and working hands-on when needed

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate:

• Has 3–4 years of warehouse or fulfillment coordination experience
• Is organized, reliable, and comfortable being accountable for outcomes
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
• Works well in team environments and contributes positively to group performance
• Can delegate while still getting their hands dirty when required
• Operates effectively without constant supervision

College experience preferred, particularly candidates who have worked on team-based projects, managed deadlines, and completed work in deadline-driven or high-pressure environments.

Systems & Technical Experience

• Working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or Order Management System (OMS)
• Experience with shipping platforms such as ShipStation, ShipHero, Shippo, Cin7, 3PL Central, Brightpearl, or similar
• Comfortable using team chat tools like Slack
• Comfortable using basic spreadsheets like Google Sheets and Excel

Schedule & Requirements

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (Start time can be earlier if preferred)
• Overtime almost daily and occasional Saturdays required each month
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and perform hands-on tasks as needed
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
