- Assist in creating and drafting comprehensive Estate Planning documents such as Wills, Trusts, and Health Care Directives.
- Oversee client communications with professionalism and care.

Compensation : 60,000 - $75,000
Responsibilities :
Assist in drafting legal documents for estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.Communicate professionally with clients to gather necessary information, clarify legal procedures, and address any concerns related to estate planning.Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on estate planning laws and regulations to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal standards.Maintain and organize client files meticulously, ensuring all essential documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.Work closely with attorneys to review and finalize estate planning documents, making any required revisions to ensure legal compliance.Attend client meetings, whether in-person or virtually, to explore estate planning options, review paperwork, and respond to client queries.Qualifications :
A Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is mandatory for this role.Previous experience in Estate Planning as a paralegal is a requirement for this position.The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of legal protocols and paperwork related to estate planning.Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, and other legal professionals are essential.Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are vital qualities required for this opportunity.Proficiency in legal research and document management software is a must for efficient document handling.Applicants must have the right to work in the USA without needing sponsorship.About Company
