We are an expanding restaurant group with locations in Chicagoland. We are looking for an experienced FOH Lead.
Job Duties:
- Training, developing, and managing the FOH team
- Setting, developing and maintaining all levels of hospitality
- Motivating and mentoring staff’s knowledge and development
- Inspiring and delighting our guests while providing upbeat, personal customer service
- Comply with all safety, health and beverage regulations in order to protect against all legal liability
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness
- Ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of the cafe and equipment is up to standards
