Currently seeking a Pastry Assisant and Bakers to help our operations - both retail AND wholesale of scratch bakery. This person must be organized, bright, and have amazing attention to detail and consistency. Also, this person must have real pastry kitchen or bakery experience and a proven track record of getting things done.
Ability to maintain high quality and consistency while working in a fast-paced environment is a MUST.
