Full-Time Payments Operations Specialist
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Treasury Management team as a Payments Operations Specialist. You’ll work across multiple banking platforms to manage core payment functions, troubleshoot issues and support both internal teams and external customers. What You'll Do:
- Internal Customer Support: Collaborate effectively with internal departments by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries related to payment operations. Provide reliable support to internal teams by completing assigned tasks with accuracy, efficiency and ensuring seamless execution of interdepartmental workflows.
- Payment Operations: Maintain expert knowledge of the bank’s payment services, including ACH and Wire Transfers, to provide immediate reliable support to customers using these services. Perform all ACH and Wire functions including - returns, reversals, disputes and risk review in accordance with compliance requirements. Ensure all incoming wire transfers are fraud free and posted accurately. Stay current on industry trends and new developments related to ACH services through trade journals and attendance at related webinars/seminars.
- Compliance: Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining risk assessments and supporting audit and exam processes. Review and update procedures to meet compliance standards and stay current on service and payment regulations to implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:
Associate degree or at least 3 years related experience preferred but not required. Excellent service and communication skills in person and on the phone. Strong working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft office. High level of accuracy in processing and documentation.
