- Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Document and share with families the important milestones in a child's day using our app
- Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development
- Encourage and model social behavior and expectations which are developmentally appropriate
- Complete ongoing state and company training to help equip you to create a safe and engaging environment- we pay for the courses and your time!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 6 months of experience working at a licensed childcare center preferred
- Early childhood education credentials, such as ECD 101, CDA, or a degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
