Assist with organizing academic documents, filing, data entry, scanning, and maintaining accurate records for departmental use.
Event Planning & Preparation
Support the coordination of student and academic events by assisting with setup, takedown, and logistics before, during, and after events.
Promotional Content & Outreach
Help create and distribute flyers, posters, and digital materials to promote events and programs across campus.
Social Media Management
Support the Social Media Specialist by assisting with drafting captions, sourcing photos, and scheduling posts for official campus platforms—ensuring content aligns with university branding and messaging guidelines.
Photography & Visual Content
Capture photos and short videos at campus events and student activities for promotional use on digital platforms.
Materials & Inventory Management
Prepare meeting materials, track supplies, and assist with managing inventory for events and departmental operations.
Student Engagement Assistance
Help facilitate campus events by greeting attendees, managing sign-ins, and encouraging student participation and feedback.
Confidentiality & Compliance
Handle sensitive academic information responsibly and adhere to institutional privacy and FERPA guidelines.
Campus Collaboration
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student organizations to support programming and enhance the student experience.
Additional Administrative Duties
Perform other duties as assigned in support of Academic Programs, student engagement, or general office operations.
