General Summary
Experienced Pelvic Health Physical Therapist. Completes medically prescribed Physical Therapy assessment, plans and implements treatment program, and reassesses patient status as indicated to restore function and/ or maximize ability following disease or disability. AHA-BLS certification is required however, certification is a not qualifying factor to obtain the position.

Qualifications
Education/Skills Required:
- B.S. in Physical Therapy and licensure or licensure eligibility in New York State and experience in Pelvic Health a must.
- AHA-BLS is required within 6 months of hire or a current non-AHA-BLS card will be honored up to the date of renewal.
- Ability to physically treat inpatients or outpatients and complete accurate and legible documentation as per established guidelines.
- Ability to qualitatively evaluate and treat all age groups and diagnostic categories in an inpatient, outpatient, Skilled Nursing Facility, and Sub-Acute Rehab settings.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and caretakers regarding anticipated P.T. treatment plan, level of expected patient participation, and expected outcome
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and the medical/ CVPH staff as a member of the Rehabilitation team
