JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Nuclear Medicine Technologist:
Performs both clinical and research nuclear medicine testing and therapeutic procedures including general studies, cardiac studies, and the computer interactions associated with these studies.
Performs clinical instruction for nuclear medicine students and other personnel as needed.
Contributes to the development of policies, procedures, standards and objectives, and quality assurance needs for the provision of Nuclear Medicine services.
Is required to take rotating call coverage, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine.
Associates or Baccalaureate Degree in Nuclear Medicine is required.
Licensed by either the ARRT or CNMT in the State of Vermont.

EXPERIENCE:
Twelve months of clinical experience in Nuclear Medicine is preferred. That said, we’d love to hear from new graduates or Nuclear Medicine Techs who are new to the field.

SIGN ON BONUS & RELOCATION ELIGIBLE:
External candidates who have not worked within the network in the past year are eligible for a hiring bonus of $10,000 when hired into a full-time position.
The bonus will be paid out as a $3,333.33 gross pay adjustment following the completion of a successful 90-day orientation; the second installment of $3,333.33 will be paid upon completion of one year (2,080 hours) of service in the department hired into, and the third installment of $3,333.34 upon completion of the second year of service.
Amounts reflect gross pay, prior to applicable tax withholdings and deductions required by law.
Candidates joining us in a full-time Nuclear Medicine Tech position, from a distance that is greater than 50 miles from their previous role and home, are eligible for relocation assistance up to $9,200.
