Join The US Home Pro as a Market Trainer and help lead our dynamic in-store promotions team to success. This key position is built for a self-motivated leader who excels in coaching, training, and driving lead generation. You’ll participate in marketing meetings, support new hire onboarding and training, and actively engage with customers to promote services such as cabinet makeovers, closet systems, and countertops.
As a Market Trainer, you’ll play a vital role in developing In-Store Promoters (ISPs), ensuring they meet expectations and represent our brand with energy and professionalism. You'll complete timely evaluations, submit corrective action forms, and maintain strong relationships with store leadership. Your ability to stay organized, manage store visits, and provide hands-on coaching will be critical.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation and ensure personal goals are met.
- Train and coach ISPs using our official training packet and tools.
- Submit evaluations and corrective action forms on time and assist in identifying underperformance.
- Maintain consistent communication and scheduling via RingCentral.
- Build strong relationships with brand staff and management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in leadership, field marketing, or retail
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to coach, evaluate, and motivate team members
- Comfortable traveling to multiple store locations weekly
- Familiarity with Uattend, RingCentral, and Google Sheets preferred
