Responsibilities
- Cover all retail stores in your assigned West Virginia region (no ISP team).
- Build strong store relationships and run weekly product knowledge (PK) meetings with Store managers.
- Set your own leads in-store by engaging with customers on the floor
- Run confirmed in-home design appointments: present, price, close, and complete contracting paperwork.
- Represent premium kitchen, closet, and garage makeover solutions through a top national home improvement retailer.
Requirements
- Proven background in sales, design consultation, or in-home service sales.
- Strong people skills and a natural ability to connect with both retail staff and homeowners.
- Ability to manage your own schedule, performance tracking, and territory strategy.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, CRM tools, and communication platforms like RingCentral.
- A passion for helping customers transform their spaces.
Compensation:
- $1,700 biweekly base salary
- $200 gas stipend
- 3% commission on all completed kitchen, closet, and garage projects
- W-2 employment status
