MISSION OF THE POSITION
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing support to managers and employees in the functional areas of recruiting, new employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll administration, performance management, employee productivity/hybrid work agreements, and employee relations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Administratively support the employee life cycle from hiring through terminations.
- Facilitate and manage all E-Verify cases for all new hires.
- Maintain and ensure proper I-9 compliance.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
- Maintain records of benefit insurance plans, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics.
- Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

- Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation.
- Administer company leave program if appropriate, to include FMLA.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and provide assistance to centralized payroll support staff.
- Responsible for all payroll and benefit reports for accounting.
- Responsible for administration of hybrid work arrangements, attendance, and PTO accruals.
- Maintains current knowledge of and ensure compliance with various government regulations and employment laws such as labor relations, OSHA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEOC, wage and hour, etc.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role does not include any supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources or other related field or equivalent experience preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES
· Human Resources certification a plus
EXPERIENCE
· 2-4 years’ progressive experience in human resources
· 1-2 years’ experience working within a payroll system
· 1-2 years’ experience in benefits administration
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
