There will be calls from new clients that are seeking counseling, as well as internal recommendations to you (when indicated), though it can take time to build a caseload. You will be considered part-time when you're averaging 15-23 client hours/week. You will be considered full-time when you average seeing 24 or more clients/week.

- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
- Provide evidence-based interventions to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in the field of mental health
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or a Doctorate in Psychology
- Licensure as a Therapist in the state of South Dakota
- Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health concerns
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for helping others and promoting mental wellness
