We are currently seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to join our Parking Management team! The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking incoming calls for our Parking Management Program. The successful candidate will become a key member of the delivery team and contribute to the parking management office efforts to provide outstanding customer service and problem resolution.
