About the Role
As an Office Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our administrative team, ensuring daily office operations run smoothly. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and leadership, reporting to the Lead Administrative Coordinator.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors and employees at the front desk
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Manage office calendars and coordinate conference/hotel reservations
- Maintain and manage company fleet vehicle check-in/check-out
- Organize office events, birthdays, and team activities
- Assist with formatting, compiling, and organizing project documentation (e.g., permit packages, specs, bid documents)
- Coordinate and pick up meals for Lunch & Learns and meetings
- Support grant and funding application preparation
- Send and receive, scan, and distribute mail
- Scan, file, and archive project drawings and documentation (including large-format prints)
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 Years experience in administrative role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license
