Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst with expertise in NetSuite, Zuora, and Zip to manage, optimize, and support our financial technology stack. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless integrations between financial systems, automating workflows, and improving operational efficiency across finance, accounting, and procurement functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in system implementations, and a deep understanding of financial reporting, billing, and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Management
- Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite, Zuora, and Zip, ensuring optimal system performance, security, and user access management.
- Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and implement best practices across financial platforms.
- Oversee system integrations between ERP (NetSuite), subscription billing (Zuora), and procurement (Zip) platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Monitor and improve financial automation processes, reducing manual tasks and increasing efficiency.
Financial Process Optimization & Support
Partner with finance, accounting, and procurement teams to improve operational workflows, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.Work with billing and revenue teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, and subscription lifecycle management in Zuora.Support procurement and AP teams in optimizing workflows and approval processes using Zip.Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to design, test, and deploy enhancements or new system functionalities.Provide end-user training and documentation to empower teams to leverage financial systems effectively.Reporting & Compliance
Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards in NetSuite, Zuora, and other reporting tools.Ensure compliance with GAAP, ASC 606, and other financial and accounting standards.Support audit and SOX compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and implementing system controls.Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial data flow across systems.Qualifications & Skills
Required :
5 years of experience working with financial systems, specifically NetSuite, Zuora, and Zip.Strong ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), including system administration, customization, and reporting.Deep knowledge of subscription billing and revenue recognition principles, with hands-on experience in Zuora.Experience managing procurement workflows and approvals in Zip or similar tools.Strong SQL and data analysis skills to extract and analyze financial data.Experience with API integrations, automation tools, and workflow optimization.Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, ASC 606, financial close processes).Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and data issues.Preferred :
Experience with SuiteScript, Workflows, and Customization in NetSuite.Hands-on experience with third-party integrations and financial data migration.Knowledge of automation tools such as Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft.Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Engineering).Background in SaaS, FinTech, or Subscription-based businesses.Why Join Us?
