Job Title: LPN Long Term Care
Contract Length: 13 Weeks Contract
Job Location: 1190 Waianuenue Ave Hilo, HI 96720
Shift Timing: 8 hour shifts - Varied -including weekends, holidays. Candidate Must Be Flexible - No guarantee of hours or shift preference.
No Guaranteed Hours
Pay Rate: $46/Hr.
REQUIREMENTS:
- LPN Long Term Care
- Must have active LPN license of Hawaii.
- Long Term Care facility. Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, Tracheostomy Care and other assigned duties.

- Flu vaccination required prior to contract start date.
