Business Analyst
Qualified Candidates Must Have:
- ACTIVE TOP SECRET security clearance is required (ability to obtain TOP SECRET with SCI).
- Ability to perform duties onsite (required onsite time is 100%).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams) and Vizio experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving, and emerging work environment.
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
- Comfort in collaborating with team and providing agile support while assisting with "big picture" organizational goals.

Position Description:
- Work with division to compile or edit PowerPoint briefings to ensure communications are accurately and effectively conveyed to the target audience.
- Provide remarks, notes, and talking points for presenters when appropriate.
- Responsible for coordinating, integrating, and synchronizing between multiple divisions, including acquisitions, contracting and budget/financial.
- Knowledge of how to properly brief senior leaders with succinct, clear, and concise information.
- Ability to translate and summarize detailed and complex technical data and condense into understandable communications.
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with all levels of staff.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify significant information that will further a product's message to create a clear presentation.
- Utilize electronic mail and calendaring systems as well as various tools/software to prepare reports, briefings, all forms of correspondence, messages, statistical reports, etc., in draft and final version for public delivery and/or publication.
- Facilitate internal communication and manage division calendars (Outlook-based calendar coordination and collaboration with all levels of staff).
- Regular engagement with senior level executives, attend meetings, create minutes, track action items, and may represent executive leadership at some meetings.
- Responsible for coordination, integration and synchronization of staff actions, events and activities.
- De-conflict problems, plan and project time for recurring requirements.
- Receive telephone calls and high-ranking visitors from both the military and civilian communities.
- Serve as customer interface, paying a great deal of attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
- Responsible for file management, including developing and maintaining a central repository for all briefings and division documents.
- Ability to work independently but closely interact with other team members as necessary for issue resolution, troubleshooting and solution identification.
