About the Role

We are seeking an experienced coffee professional to join our team as a Barista at Lincoln University. As a member of our team, you will spearhead the planning, coordination, and execution of catering services within our vibrant dining facility.

You will bring your passion for culinary excellence and exceptional service to create memorable experiences for our college community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and functioning correctly.
• Manage and restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other beverage ingredients as needed to ensure a well-supplied coffee bar.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, including providing change and processing payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, including regular cleaning of counters, machines, and utensils.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for coffee and tea, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality beverages. You should also have flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
