Sr. Campaign Planning; User Conference Communications

This role sits within the Demand Generation- Campaign Planning team and is responsible for working on all aspects of our large user conference including managing marketing communications, website updates, tracking deadlines and deliverables, vendor/agency management, stakeholder communication, reporting, and other aspects of event planning and promotion.

About the Role
In this opportunity as Sr. Campaign Planner, User Conference, you will:
- Develop and deliver creative, modern marketing programs to engage our customers and prospect base for our annual user conference.
- Serve as the main point of contact for website updates on TR.com and sales enablement platforms to ensure conference information is clearly delivered to customers.
- Orchestrate marketing programs by collaborating closely with the segment campaign activation and centralized marketing teams to plan, execute, and report on ROI.
- Utilize strong project management skills to deliver internal and external communication programs on time focused on our annual user conference.
- Support sales teams with necessary marketing resources and incentive programs to drive conference registrations.
- Leverage internal event coordination support and external partners including vendors and agencies to produce thoughtful pre-event and post-event content and communications to customers.
- Partner with key stakeholders to create weekly report-outs to the leadership team on conference updates and key milestones.
- Collaborate closely with Campaign Planning team in development, delivery, and performance measurement of our annual user conference.
- Be bold; experiment with creative ideas to differentiate the Thomson Reuters brand.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Sr. Campaign Planner, User Conference if you:
- 5 years in event or demand generation for cloud-based software and/or business service providers
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and closing projects on time.
- Baseline understanding and highly enthusiastic about leveraging marketing technology to deploy integrated campaigns (Marketing Automation Platforms, Digital Analytics tools, events tools, CRM systems)
- Creative, customer-first mindset that prioritizes creating memorable experiences for our customer base.
- Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere
- Team player with the ability to foster strong relationships across multiple levels and functions within the organization; including working closely with marketing, sales and operations teams to succeed and grow.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, solve problems, and be adaptable.
- Understanding of modern B2B demand generation best practices including integrating online and offline marketing tactics to reach, connect and convert prospects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and related operating/productivity tools

The pay rate that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $40-42hr USD
