Duties & Responsibilities
- Guide client's entire technology spend, by creating a 2 year IT roadmap & budget, aligned to their business plan and Thriveon’s best practices.
- Be the expert on assigned client's business, maintaining the business relationship with the client.
- Meet with each client’s executive group monthly, updating the roadmap with initiatives to meet changes in their business and alignment to Thriveon best practices.
- Submit approved initiatives to the design team to build statements of work, detailing current issues, business risk, solution, client determined variables and deliver to client within 5 business days
- Identify and resolve potential client relationship problems.
- Respond to client requests same day.
- Maintain up-to-date Time Entries and Expenses for billing and accounting purposes.
- Participate in daily huddles and weekly meetings.
- Complete 1 hour of continuing education per week to improve job skills.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience directing IT strategy for companies with 20-200 people.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information sciences, business management, or related preferred
- Skills in IT strategy formation, budgeting, planning, ROI analysis and workflow optimization.
- Skills in leadership, advising C levels, effectively communicating in a non-technical way.
- Knowledge of business capabilities in security, applications and Microsoft on premise & cloud infrastructure.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
