Position Overview
The company is seeking a Civil Engineer to focus on land development projects, including commercial and residential site layouts. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and construction, ensuring high-quality, sustainable outcomes
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze site data (surveys, soil tests) to develop project plans and detailed blueprints for structures, transportation, and water systems
- Estimate costs, manage budgets, schedule resources, and oversee construction to ensure projects stay on track and within budget
- Ensure projects meet local, state, and federal regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols
- Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and provide technical guidance to teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 1-2 years experience in Civil Engineering
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000 depending on experience
