Responsibility
- Create best practices and procedures for livestream ecosystem team
- Manage key initiatives within the team to complete on time
- Leverage data to drive priorities and projects
- Work with cross-functional teams, including PMs, Ops, Policy, Data Science, etc., to ensure smooth progress of projects
- Coordinate various requests and constraints from partners and stakeholders
- Facilitate communication across multiple teams and leadership
- BA/BS degree
- 3-5 years of experience working in program or project management
- 1-2 years of experience in analytics working with SQL
- Experience in leading data-driven projects
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
- Experience of working on UGC or PGC products
- Experience in program management on cross-functional projects
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Experience in content quality and safety is a plus
- Experience in providing data insights
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels, including leadership teams, managers, and peers
- Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs
