Compensation:$125,000 - $180,000 - Fully Commission Based
Responsibilities:- Meet monthly sales goals and Key Performance Indicators as set by Sales Manager
- Adhere to Model Home Staff Hours Friday - Tuesday 12-5 pm (weekends required)
- Participate as an active member of the Sales and Marketing Team, attending all team meetings and providing insight to Sales and Marketing Management on improving sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Participate and embrace individual and group coaching, sales training, and any other conditions required for maintaining your status as a New Home Sales Professional
- Follow the TOH Sales Process, maintaining a complete understanding of all contract documentation, financing process and options, and NHSP minimum standards as detailed in Sales Training conducted in the Sales Meetings
- Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the construction process – from the sale, to close, to post-close interactions. Maintain a customer satisfaction rating in the top 10%.
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with past and present customers, as well as future prospects to assure that you are effectively leveraging that opportunity toward obtaining customer referrals
- Demonstrate initiative to problem-solve customer journey management concerns throughout the sales and construction process.
- Maintain knowledge of all current advertising and promotions. Work with the Sales Manager and Director of Marketing to continually develop new promotions to increase traffic and referrals
- Attend and host required pre-construction, pre-drywall, and pre-closing orientations with customers
- High achievement drive and the ability to work independently

- Adaptability in dynamic market conditions
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed construction blueprints, specifications, and basic development drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Windows, Outlook (email), Teams, Zoom, Blue beam/Revit Skills, HubSpot (not required)
- Must have a valid Real Estate License in the State of Wisconsin or be willing to obtain one within the first 60 days
