With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic Construction Site Superintendent to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a engaged, highly motivated, quick paced, and driven Commercial Site Superintendent. You will be tasked with controlling and overseeing civil, structural, and detailed finishes on a variety of commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background and understanding in construction. Commercial Construction experience with a GC is highly preferred, but will consider someone with experience running residential ground up projects willing and ready to learn. Leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency is required.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a site superintendent preferably on commercial construction projects.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Project Management Tools (Procore)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Microsoft 365 Tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as OSHA, LEED, or similar are a plus.
