As our Office Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our office operations. Your day-to-day will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Accepting and organizing deliveries
- Running errands as needed to support the team
- Providing administrative support to Project Management, Preconstruction, and Operations teams
- Managing office supplies and ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized
- Managing and updating company social media channels
- Greeting visitors and creating a welcoming environment
- Preparing the office for meetings and maintaining a clean, professional space
- Assisting with document preparation, data entry, and filing
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, booking travel arrangements
- Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Print plans, scan documents
- Assisting with other tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Social media savvy is a plus!
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
