Warehouse Assistant / Delivery

Summary: This position is responsible for assisting Warehouse Manager with material deliveries and toolassignments. Ensuring the warehouse is kept in a clean organized manner at all times. This creates value for our customers and for our business. The Warehouse / Material Handler will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Key Result Areas

• Be on time and ready to start work at the designated start time
• Maintain a safe, clean driving record
• Operate company vehicle in a safe courteous manner
• Keep company vehicle clean inside and out
• Deliver jobsite tools and material per scheduled times
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are checked in and out of Milwaukee One Key app
• Remove cobwebs in warehouse area inside and out
• Keep warehouse inside and out swept and blown free of all dirt and debris
• Coordinate and maintain all RGA materials
• Constantly organize returned material to correct locations
• Organize and inventory of all consumable items (i.e., Nuts, bolts, screws, wire coil packs etc.)
• Receive an inventory all incoming deliveries
• Notify correct project managers of received deliveries
• Label all deliveries with project PO and name
• Empty all trash cans and remove all trash at the end of each day or when needed
• Keep all outgoing materials labeled and well organized
• Have PPE with you at all times and on when delivering materials to jobsites
• Keep company vehicle full of fuel at all times
• Clean up tools and equipment returned to the shop, making ready to be sent back out
• Notify Warehouse Manager of any damaged tools or materials
