As a part-time Membership Sales & Services Associate, you would promote zoo membership; helping to and ensure we have the resources available to ensure that our animals, representing over 720 species, are well cared for and that endangered species around the world are protected with our global conservation efforts.
This position is a front line sales and customer service position. Responsibilities include approaching Zoo visitors to promote the sale of Zoo membership’s on-grounds and over the phone and assisting members with general customer service-related items.
This position will also assist with various administrative tasks as needed. Must have experience working with computer systems and have the ability to approach guests in a fun, positive manner.
Strong customer service skills and a positive personality are required. Pay scale is an hourly rate plus commission. Must be available to work weekends throughout the year and evenings in November / December.
Occasional holidays required.

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE :
- Selling and processing zoo memberships
- Taking direction and working independently and with a team
- Approaching guests in a fun and positive manner
- Fully understand and communicate the benefits of our zoo memberships
- Work schedules include weekdays, weekends, and can include holidays. Must have the physical ability to work on your feet and be able to walk the Zoo grounds for several hours at a time.
