Your Role as a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers rely on to resolve their issues and coordinate service appointments with our skilled technicians. ????
Essential Job Functions
- ?? Take inbound service calls from customers needing assistance with their residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- ?? Assign calls to the appropriate location.
- ? Provide professional and timely service arrival time frames to customers.
- ?? Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring top-notch customer experiences.
- ?? Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote our brand.
- ??? Perform other duties as assigned.
- ??? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ?? Customer-focused mindset, providing exceptional service.
- ?? Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- ?? Ability to build and maintain strong relationships by promoting a team atmosphere.
- ?? Professional phone presence.

- ?? Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
