Responsibilities and Duties: The description & duties listed here are not "all inclusive". Other duties not listed here may also be required.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices
- Ensure timely payments to vendors
- Written communication with the representatives of the properties
- Communication between our operations department and our clients
- Reconciliation and processing of monthly credit accounts
- Other duties to support accounting
Education and Training:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- One (1) year of experience as an accounting clerk.
- Experience with Yardi preferred
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must demonstrate a customer service attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
