We’re hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to support administrative and business professional teams. This role partners closely with leaders to attract talent, support employees, and strengthen culture.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders on recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for designated teams
- Support managers and employees through change, communication, and day-to-day HR needs
- Handle employee relations, documentation, and issue resolution
- Coach teams through informal and formal performance management
- Support employee engagement, learning, and career development initiatives
- Conduct exit interviews and support offboarding, benefits, and transitions
- Manage HR systems and employee lifecycle updates; support process improvements and AI-enabled tools
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience (HRBP or Generalist)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and multi-state compliance
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and ownership of work
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred (or willingness to pursue)
- Experience in professional services preferred
- HRIS experience required
