Shift Leader

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the kitchen and ensuring smooth operations during your shift. This is a key role in our organization, as you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality food preparation, inventory control, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff during your shift
- Ensure food preparation is carried out according to established standards
- Oversee inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Train new employees on food service procedures and company policies
- Monitor employee in store activity and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with food production in the kitchen
- Manage shift schedules and ensure proper staffing levels

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food service industry lead type role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in inventory control and ordering systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
