Whether you have prior restaurant experience or none at all, Topper’s is always on the looking for motivated Team Members. At Toppers, you have the opportunity to work in a FUN atmosphere along with a great team of people who will probably become great friends outside of work.
Our flexible work schedule allows you to work around your other commitments to achieve a better work-life balance. We are open 7 days a week and our typical opening Team Members start as early as 9:30am and closing Team Members stay as late as 3:00am. Toppers has hours available that will work with your schedule.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Answer phones, take orders, and enter orders into a computerized POS
- Prepare ingredients: dough, cheese vegetables, meats, etc.
- Follow recipes to prepare orders per customers requested specifications
- Work as a team to complete all daily duties and assist each other by being on time for their shift
- Maintain kitchen and store cleanliness by complying with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
- Accurately use the POS System, process cash, and/or credit card transactions
- Keep accurate inventory control throughout shift
- Keeping the team on shift engaged in daily kitchen routines
- Ensure every customer is satisfied with their Toppers experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age
- Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Reliable transportation
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Restaurant food service or retail store experience
- Cash-handling skills

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
