We’re seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team who deep down is passionate about identifying problems before they happen, wowing our customers, and building relationships with new ones. You develop deep rapport and trust with our customers, resulting in them considering you as part of their team. - Trusted Partner: You finds ways to proactively communicate so that customer interactions go beyond order placement and solving problems. You know when to pick up the phone vs writing a concise email because you understand the delicate balance between customer needs and urgency. Customers appreciate that you listen to understand and that you do what you say and say what you do!
- Quickness, Speed and Accuracy: It’s all about service delivery and managing the details. You are responsive, very efficient with time and are able to move rapidly from one task to another while handling shifting daily priorities. You take great pride in your attention to detail and ensure that all information is accurate.
- Connoisseur of Tools: Whether reviewing order detail in Oracle, utilizing Salesforce to manage customer interactions, tracking data via Microsoft Excel or creating reports in Word – you utilize tools to enhance your effectiveness.
- Reliability and Commitment: When making commitments to partners and other team members, you have a reputation for delivering on-time no matter what. You are relentless in your approach to finding creative solutions, demonstrating a high commitment level to exceed expectations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
- Strong communication skills – written & verbal
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Proficient in Order management (Oracle, SAP or equivalent)
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
- CRM experience
- Ability to remain professional and courteous at all times
- Able to work 40 hours per week
- Willing and able to work additional hours, as needed
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (now & in the future)
- Lives in SF Bay Area, or willing to relocate at own expense
