Job description
The Behavior Technician will:
- Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1
- Communicate professionally with families.
- Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
- Manage challenging behaviors that occur.
- Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan
- Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
- Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Qualifications
- RBT Certification
- Proficiency in patient care, HIPAA regulations, and medical documentation
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, records, and care plans
- Experience in behavioral therapy and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to implement Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
- Skilled in behavior management and data collection
- Experience in teaching and working with individuals with autism
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
