What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Implementation Specialist position at Total Warranty Services?
The NAS Account Implementation Specialist is responsible for the various functional areas of new account implementation with an understanding of how to move implementation requests forward in a collaborative and effective manner within the enterprise. This position reports to the NAS Account Implementation Team Lead and requires the Account Implementation Associate to be adept at utilizing a computer database, handling escalated projects simultaneously while offering efficient solutions. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing agreements, payee schedules, W-9s, ACH, Warehouse and all necessary documentation
- Review and store all documentation, correspondence and rate information in a designation location as instructed by company policy
- Responsible for assigning dealer identification numbers
- Set up dealer information in the administrative systems and review data for accuracy
- Contact the menu providers to coordinate account implementation
- Create and distribute dealer enrollment forms to all vendors
- Audit vendor rate sheets and proof information
- Manage the Master Dealer List
- Follow-up with agents, reps and vendors on various issues
- Review and track shipments
- Create rate cards and manage appropriate filing system
- Must be organized and detailed to handle and multi-task projects by the required deadlines
- Ability to create and develop professional relationships with internal and external customer
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Works with internal and external contacts to resolve issues
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time, bend, stoop and lift to 25 lbs.
- Special projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
