Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients., Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' mobility and function., Educate patients on exercises and home care techniques for continued improvement., Collaborate with healthcare team members to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans., Document patient treatment sessions and communicate effectively with supervising Physical Therapists.
