Responsibilities:
The Staffing Coordinator is a lead resource in Nursing for time management and staff scheduling. Responsibilities include being a lead resource for leadership and staff in the timekeeping and scheduling system, assisting management with pay period processing, maintaining staffing reports, assigning float pool staff, assisting management with balancing schedules.
This position is 36 hours per week (7am-7pm) with the ability to pick up extra shifts if desired. There is a rotation of every third weekend and two holidays per year.

- High School Diploma - OR - GED - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
Experience
- Relevant experience. Understanding of hospital or healthcare workflow is very helpful. Experience in a hospital or medical setting is a plus.
