General Statement of Duties
This position is responsible for supervising and working alongside the Beach Crew at two locations, Greenwich Point and Island Beach. It includes but is not limited to, staffing, training, scheduling, time keeping, and supervising.
- Direct supervision of all the functions of the Beach Crew at the facility.
- Responsible to conduct training of the Beach Crew with assistance from the Beach Manager, Facility Foreman, or Caretaker.
- Assists the Foreman / Caretaker with setting up the work schedules of the Beach Crew .
- Communicates daily with on location full-time staff (foremen, ferry captains, caretakers) in regard to matters involving the Beach Crew.
