Responsibilities
- Process and manage vehicle cancellations, including purchase orders, trades, and wholesale transactions.
- Verify and maintain accurate cancellation records in the system.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of cancellation issues.
- Communicate with customers, dealerships, and finance institutions regarding cancellation status and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards related to cancellations.
- Assist with auditing and reporting related to cancellation activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive or administrative fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive dealership operations, particularly in cancellations, trades, or wholesale processes preferred.
